Session 10: The Poisoned Werewolves

Ceffer answers  wearily, "About the same time my cousin got kidnapped by the Organization. Started tracking down trying to find out what happened to my cousin and we started being a nuisance it in their Collective backsides."
His helmet is nowhere to be see.

Tony takes a seat at the elongated breakfast bar.

"So, I didn't quite catch all your names, I like to know who is cooking my food when reasonable."

"That would be Fishface and Pope. There are some of my old army buddies from ...when I was in the army."
Ceffer replies slowly.

Tony applauds.

Ceffer looks unimpressed.
"Nice to see that you haven't lost your Flare for cooking Fishface. Anyway what have the three of you been up to the last 6 years? Has becoming a werewolf made Pope any less pretentious or is he still as condescending as he ever was?"
Ceffer asks while drinking some herbal tea.

Ember enters the building and looks for a trash can. Upon finding it, she extends a small but plump paper bag over it. The bag, and its contents, becomes instantly incinerated, and a mound of cold ash plops with a large puff of dust into the can. Ember brushes the remaining ash from her hands. "By the way, you guys don't mind if I use my powers in front of you, do you?"

Ceffer wavers her on then turns two the three of them.
"Let me guess there's an offer you couldn't refuse. Terms were so good, great health benefits, increased educational benefits right?! They probably also said it fact that you work at a special unit dealing with strange and unusual phenomenon correct? It probably even offered improvements to your general physical being such a special drug regimens or latest in military hardware. They also probably claimed it was just going to be a simple job."
Ceffer squees in false excitement clearly being distainful.

"Ooh," Ember winces. "That sounds like what they said to get Mr. Green to come to Wells Hills."

Ceffer's eyes blaze with a slightly grey fire.
"Those monsters! I'm tired of them hiding in the shadows ruining people's lives. I wish they would stop doing things like that and come out to the open where it would be relatively nice to fight them."

Ceffer responds with a dark chuckle.
"Evil-Overlord handbook? It would not surprise me."

Ceffer smiles gently.
"I work with the Destroyer. He was there. Fortunately he decided that you are a good werewolf boy."

"What kind of parents are you? Don't you tell your kids about the scary people and dangerous things?"
Ceffer asks incredulously.

"Like monsters hiding under the bed? To beware of strangers, especially during a full moon?" Ember sits at the table and starts playing with a fork; pulling long and braiding the tines.
