Starting location: Wells Hills, CO
Supers started appearing in 1993 in people born after 1990.
Government “invited” supers to a quaint little town in the Colorado mountains and dampened any rumors.
All confirmed witnesses are compelled to sign a gag order
The only place a super can legally be educated is Wells Hills
All incoming and outgoing communications are strictly monitored
